Rose Green Allure Indian green tea with rose – description
Rose Green Allure Indian green tea with rose is a beautiful combination – both for eyes and palate. Tiny intense rosy petals and full long dark-green tea leaves offer a true joy in these winter days. Scent is deep, rose is dominant, but it’s not repulsive or overwhelming like in some rose scented teas. Assamica Agro offers a whole range of green teas scented with pure natural flowers or herbs like mint, chamomile, lemongrass, rose or tulsi. All of them are very interesting and include Indian green tea and natural way of flavoring – with no artificial aromas, only pure nature. Moreover, they are incredibly affordable, most of them below 2 USD for 50 grams. Rose Green Allure Indian green tea with rose costs only 1.51 USD for 50 grams, which is really unbelievable.
4 grams of tea leaves, 150 ml of freshly boiled water, water temperature 75 degrees Celsius, 90, 120, 180 and 300 seconds steeping.
It’s really an experience to look at leaves changes with every steeping. After the first steep scent is incredibly warm, rich and fresh green in the background and oriental flowery on the surface. Beautifully balanced and well-rounded. Liquor color completely matches the character, faint, rosy-yellow, quite sophisticated. Because this is a green tea, the color will change and become darker with every steeping and when cooled down. It also depends a lot on your tea cup color and volume. I suggest using some nice porcelain tea set or even glass tea ware to fully enjoy opening of leaves and petals.
This tea is so well-balanced, flavor is sophisticated, velvety and oriental. Rose petals in this tea are quite different from the usual petals found in rose scented teas (mostly black). Origin of this tea is obvious from every single detail. Even those who are yet to discover the amazing world of tea would be able to recognize it. Each and every steeping has this unique character, there is almost no difference between them, all are very good. Second one is a bit stronger, but there is no bitterness, yet sweet aftertaste can be felt. Leaves can be used at least three times, until their color changes to pale washed-out pink. Green tea leaves also look very nice, as their color changes to quite fresh and bright green.
You have probably noticed how many times I have used words sophisticated and beautiful. This tea really is sophisticated and beautiful. Rose Green Allure Indian green tea with rose is perfect for relaxation moments, especially in these cold winter days, or as a personal home wellness treatment. However, if you are not so fond of oriental scents and rose flavor in general, it’s much better to try the original unflavored Indian green tea from the same tea vendor.
